PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Barbering Program is designed to provide students with the necessary knowledge to become part of the successful world of beauty, whether in a spa, health club or resort.
PROGRAM GOALS
Provide students with required tools and skills to treat hair, skin and nails. Classes consist of lectures and demonstrations with audiovisual help. Students will participate in practice with mannequins and clients.
Graduates will have acquired all the necessary tools to thrive in this exciting career as a licensed professional barber.

DURATION
1200 Hours
The Barbering Program may be completed in approximately 37-40 weeks for full-time students attending 30-32 hours per week and 19-75 weeks for part-time students attending a minimum of 16 hours per week. Completion time will depend on students' actual attendance. Classes start every week.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Students must be at least 16 years of age, be interviewed by school official, show proof of a 12th Grade Diploma, identification, complete and sign the School Student Enrollment Agreement.
